Hello, my name is Lorena V. Martinez. I am a professional, full-time real estate broker and property manager. I started my career in 2000 and have been in the business nearly 20 years. I obtained my real estate license in 2006 and my broker's license in 2018. I'm currently owner and broker of B2V Real Estate Group, and I've worked extensively with all types of buyers and sellers throughout my career.
Using my knowledge and experience, I strive to provide exceptional, personalized service to each and every one of my clients.

Hello, my name is Jose L. Martinez. I started my career in 2008 in banking as a personal banker, business banker, and private client banker. I acquired my investment licenses and worked closely with clients to build great relationships. For over 11 years I worked side by side with financial advisors and loan officers to help reach our clients' financial goals.
One thing I found in common among all of my successful clients was real estate. So in 2019, I decided to get my real estate license.
That same year, I also pivoted careers and attended CodeStack Academy to pursue a career in tech. With that new-found knowledge, I worked for a non-profit building sites for new businesses, and later rejoined CodeStack Academy as one of its Developers/Software Engineers, training the next generation of engineers to help foster growth in the valley.
Now, combining that tech background with AI tools, I act as a consultant to B2V Real Estate Group, helping bring an edge to the team and its clients by leveraging AI to stay on the bleeding edge of the industry. Together, we enjoy servicing our clients in all of their real estate needs.
